Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances except in the case of a size issue.

If there is a size issue, we will allow an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

Please note:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.
• Items bought on sale may not be eligible for size exchange.
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any other reason including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or delay in delivery.
• Defective or damaged items may be considered for exchange upon proper inspection, and only if an unboxing video is provided as evidence.
