- Cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 5 days of placing the order and only if the product has not been processed or shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may reject the product at the time of delivery.
- For damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery. Our team will inspect and decide accordingly. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory as evidence for any damaged/defective product claims.
- For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the brand directly.
- If a refund is approved by Rashmika Mix & Match, it will be processed within 15 days.
